SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- If the music stops during a party it can create sort of a lull. At South Euclid's biggest party of the year, Rock the Block, its organizers are making sure there will be no such lull as plans call for no musical stoppage. 'Oh, yeah, we have a full schedule,' said Parks & Recreation Director Daniel Subwick of bands lined up to perform. 'This is going to be Rock the Block: The Year of Nonstop Music.'
