The city of Euclid is accepting bids for a new park named after retired state Sen. Kenny Yuko. The park, located at 24701 Lakeshore Blvd., will complete the final phase of the Waterfront Improvements Plan that will connect Lakefront Trail with Lakeshore Boulevard. Patrick Grogan-Myers, director of planning for Euclid, says completion of the plan will help those wanting to walk or bike in the city. 'This is really the final part of the Lakefront Trail Project to be completed and creating a park at the eastern end of the Lakefront Trail,' Grogan-Myers said.
