A company that helps marijuana dispensaries find real estate has bought the St. Clair Automotive and Equipment building in Euclid, along with several other buildings throughout the state. A shell company for CannDev acquired the former commercial service garage at 21100 St. Clair Ave. for $300,000. As of 2021, Cuyahoga County valued the property at $85,000. Keenan Soares, co-founder of CannDev, a marijuana real estate consulting company, is listed as a signatory for 21100 Saint Clair Ave LLC. Plans submitted to the city of Euclid and Ohio Board of Pharmacy had been approved earlier this year to convert the former auto garage into a Nectar Cannabis dispensary.
