Terrible service, the staff did their job but with complete disregard for all customers. When approached and asked for a soda lid (because they were out), Charlize Gibson continued walking towards the elderly man without even stopping causing him to have to walk backwards so he didn't fall over. She then yelled to the back "small lid!" Without even addressing or looking at him and walked past. Also the people in the back bickered about who would get the lid. Edit: Also there was ketchup in the Arby's sauce dispenser. Edit: Now she just referred to someone in the drive-through *publicly in the dining room* as "dat Hawaiian b*tch" when an order was called to the dining room on accident.
